Issue 64: Consciousness Rising

$22.00

In issue 64 we take a moment to contemplate all that has risen to the surface this year, from the bushfires to the pandemic to Black Lives Matter, and explore how people are processing this time in history: What are we grieving? What are we learning? Who are we becoming? The issue is very much sitting in the questions of 2020, acknowledging that we are in liminal time, a period of transition, and that we are not yet ready to name or put a stamp on this moment. We invited our community to share their experiences of lockdown, and to also take a moment to write about the world they’d like to be living in in 20 years’ time.

This edition features conversations with:

Bayo Akomolafe

Ella Noah Bancroft

Jess Scully

Roman Krznaric

Sally Lewry
